Questions we get asked
Can it answer "where is my shipment?" on its own?
That is usually the first thing we automate. It pulls the current status from your carrier portals, TMS or tracking feeds and answers the customer directly, in the channel they asked on. Your dispatchers stop being a lookup service.
What about exceptions, delays and failed deliveries?
Those go to a person, with the context already gathered: which shipment, what the carrier says, which customer is affected and what was promised. The point is not to hide exceptions, it is to stop your team spending the morning assembling the facts about them.
Do we need to replace our TMS?
No. It connects to what you run, including older systems with no modern integration, through a custom connector we build. Replacing a working TMS to enable automation is almost never worth it.
