Some systems have no API and never will. The supplier portal with the invoices. The order screen that only exists as a web page. The form somebody fills in every Tuesday. The Oido Browser Connector gives an agent a browser tab of its own, so it can do that work using the sessions you are already logged in to, without you handing over a password.

Step 1

Install the extension

Chrome, Brave, Edge, or any Chromium browser. It sits idle until you connect it to your account.

Step 2

Connect it and pick your sites

Generate a connector token in Studio, paste it into the extension, and list the origins an agent may use.

Step 3

Ask in chat

The agent opens its own tab, labelled OIDO, and works there while you watch. It reports back when it is done.

An agent in your browser is a real question

Letting software act inside your logged-in sessions deserves a straight answer about what it can and cannot do. Here is ours, and none of it depends on the agent behaving well.

An allowlist you write

The agent reaches the origins you list and nothing else. Every other navigation is refused before it happens.

One task, one site

Each task is pinned to the first site it opens and cannot move to another part-way through. This is what makes a page unable to talk your agent into acting somewhere else.

Its own tab, never yours

The agent works in a tab the extension opens. It does not read your other tabs, your history, or your bookmarks.

Visible the whole time

Chrome shows its "being debugged" banner for as long as an agent is driving the tab, and the tab closes itself two minutes after the last action.

A token that only does this

The token you paste works for this feature alone. It cannot be used anywhere else in your account, it expires after 30 days, and uninstalling removes it.

It asks before it commits

Agents stop and ask you in chat before a consequential step, submitting a purchase, sending a message, deleting something, and wait for your answer.

What it does not do

It does not read or transmit your cookies or your saved passwords. It does not track your browsing, and it does not run on the pages you visit. It has no background behaviour at all: it acts only when an agent you asked sends it a single step to carry out. The full detail is in our privacy policy and on the security page.
