n8n, without running servers

n8n is an open-source tool for building workflows: when this happens, do that, then that. It is very good at the fixed steps, and it needs somewhere to run, someone to upgrade it, and someone to notice when a workflow quietly stops.

That is what this is. n8n runs natively inside Oido, so your workflows sit next to the AI employees that handle the parts a fixed workflow cannot judge: the message in the wrong format, the exception, the call that needs a person. Host it with us, host it yourself, or hand the whole thing to our team.

Already running n8n?

Install the Oido node and connect the two

Our community node puts Oido inside your existing n8n, wherever it runs. No migration, nothing to move. In n8n, go to:

Settings→Community Nodes→Install→n8n-nodes-oido

Oido Trigger, starts a workflow when an Oido agent asks it to, or when something happens in Oido: an agent run finishes, a message arrives on a channel, a ticket is created.
Oido, gives a workflow the parts that need a model: read a PDF or photo with OCR, fetch a wiki page, add knowledge to the wiki, rank results by relevance, and return an answer to the agent that started the run.

So an agent can hand a job to a workflow, and a workflow can hand the judgment back. You will need an Oido API key, which is on the free plan too. Setup in the docs.
