n8n, hosted by us

Your own n8n instance, run by us, sitting next to the AI employees that handle the parts a workflow cannot judge.

What you get

  • Your own n8n instance. Not a shared one. Your data, your runs, your credentials, kept separate.
  • No server work. We set it up, upgrade it, back it up, renew the certificates and watch it. You do not get paged.
  • AI employees in the same place. Build agents on the same platform and let them start your workflows, or take over when a workflow hits something it cannot decide.
  • Your channels. Start and follow automations from Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord.
  • Nothing locked in. Workflows are JSON. Export them any time.

Why the two halves belong together

A workflow is very good at steps that must never vary: take this field, write it there, send that. It is poor at anything that arrives in an unexpected shape, and most real business input arrives in an unexpected shape.

An AI employee is the opposite. It handles the order written in shorthand, the exception, the thing that needs someone to decide. Put them in one place and each does what it is good at: the agent reads and judges, the workflow does the fixed steps exactly the same way every time, and either can call the other. That is the whole design (the longer version).

Where it runs

  1. Our cloud. The quickest start. We run everything.
  2. Your infrastructure. We deploy and run n8n on your servers or your cloud account. You keep control of where the data sits; we still carry the pager. (The honest maths on that choice.)
  3. Official n8n Cloud. If that suits you better, we will set it up and look after it there instead. We recommend what fits, not what pays us most.

Already running n8n?

You do not have to move. Install our community node in the n8n you already have, at Settings → Community Nodes → Install → n8n-nodes-oido, and your existing workflows can call Oido agents, and Oido agents can start your existing workflows. See n8n services for what the node does.

Build it yourself, or don't

Use the platform with your own team, or have us do the work: look at your processes, build the workflows and integrations, and run them. Most teams who start with us build their own after a few months, which is the point.

Talk to us about your processes, or read the operational detail in managed n8n and n8n hosting.

FAQ

What does native mean here?

Your workflows and your AI employees live in the same place and share the same stored credentials. An agent can start a workflow when it decides one is needed, and a workflow can hand a decision back to an agent while it is still running. Most hosting providers rent you a server with n8n on it; the two halves never meet.

Is it a shared instance?

No. You get your own instance, with your own data, executions and credentials, kept apart from everyone else's.

Who handles updates and backups?

We do. Setup, upgrades, backups, certificates and monitoring. n8n updates land without your workflows noticing.

Are we locked in?

No. n8n workflows are JSON files and they stay yours. Export them whenever you like, and we will help you move them if you leave.

How quickly can we start?

The same day if you are building it yourself. If our team is building it with you, first workflows usually run in about two to six weeks, depending on how many systems have to be connected.
