Ask a person before paying more than €1,000 or any new supplier.

Don't build another chatbot. Build an AI employee.

Oido is the AI agent platform for business teams. Connect the tools you already use, give an agent a job, and approve what matters.

AI is everywhere.
But putting it to work isn't easy

Building one agent is the easy part. Running agents for a business is where the time goes.

Creating

Prompts, models, tools and credentials, wired together by hand before the first useful answer.

Managing

Schedules to keep, failures to catch and changes to roll out. Someone has to keep every agent running.

Sharing

Giving a team access means accounts, roles and a way to see what each agent actually did.

Securing

Keys, permissions and approvals. One wrong setting and an agent can touch what it should not.

Teams end up configuring instead of delivering. Oido does the setup, so you can focus on the work.

Pick a job.
What would you like to stop doing manually?

Start from a ready-made agent. Connect your tools, set the rules, and watch it work.

Questions people ask
before they hand over real work

Something missing? Ask us directly.

What can an Oido agent actually do?

It takes on a whole job, not just a conversation. It reads incoming work such as invoices, emails and customer messages, looks things up in your connected tools, takes the next step, and reports what it did. Ready-made agents cover invoices, support, orders, leads, email and reporting.

Read more: What is agentic AI?

Could it do something I did not approve?

Not if you set a rule for it. You decide which actions need a person, for example any payment over a set amount. The agent stops, shows you what it plans to do, and waits for Approve, Edit or Reject. Every step it takes is also recorded.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It asks instead of guessing. When a request falls outside its job or its rules, it hands the case to a person with the context it already gathered, so nobody starts from zero.

Do I need to be technical to set it up?

No. Pick a job, connect your tools and set the rules. Most people start from a ready-made agent. If you have engineers, they can go further with skills, MCP tools and sub-agents, in the same place.

Which AI models can I use, and can I switch?

You are not tied to one vendor. Oido works with several AI providers, and each agent can use a different model. You can change it later without rebuilding anything. The free plan includes 2 providers, and paid plans have no limit.

Where do my team and customers talk to the agent?

In Oido Studio, and in the channels you already use: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord. One agent can serve several channels at once, so adding a channel is a setting, not a new project.

How can I check what an agent did?

Every run has a step-by-step history: what it read, which tools it called, how long each took, and what it decided. Open any past run to see it, then adjust the agent and run it again.

What does it cost, and is there a per-seat fee?

You can start free with one agent. Pro is a flat price per organization and includes unlimited agents and up to 3 team members. There is no per-seat bill and no credit meter. For bigger teams, SSO or custom limits, talk to us. If you would rather not set it up yourself, we can build and run it for you.
